为延续蛇口渔港的特殊文脉，增加城市文化空间的多样性和体验层次，拟通过国际竞赛征集优秀设计方案，对渔港进行整体升级改造，使之成为一张深圳文化的闪亮名片。

To continue the special context of Shekou Fishing Port and increase the diversity and experience level of the urban cultural spaces, it is planned to solicit excellent design proposals through international competition to upgrade the fishing port as a whole, making it an attractive business card of cultural development in Shenzhen.

本次竞赛设计内容包括城市设计研究、建筑设计（渔港配套建筑、跨海步行桥、渔文化公园）和景观设计。

设计范围如图示，设计内容包括渔港配套建筑，跨海步行桥、渔文化公园（博物馆）及滨水景观。

The design scope is shown in the figure. The design contents include fishing port supporting buildings, sea-crossing pedestrian bridge, Fishery Culture Park (Museum), and waterfront landscape.

（1）本次竞赛采用全球公开报名的方式。接受联合体竞赛（不限境内外），不接受个人或个人组合的报名。

（4）以联合体参赛的合作方需符合以下要求：

（5）负责本项目的主要设计工作的主创设计师及专业顾问须参加重要节点的汇报会议等工作，如在竞赛过程中发现主创设计师与所提交的参赛文件中的人员不符，主办方有权取消其入围和竞赛资格。

(5) The chief designer directing the project and specialty consultants shall attend themilestone presentation meetings. Should the chief designer present during the Competition be inconsistent with the one specified in the Application Documents, the Hosts have the right to disqualify the team from the shortlist and competition.

在全球范围内公开征集设计方案，参赛设计机构根据竞赛规则及设计任务书，提交相应的报名文件和概念提案，通过机构遴选会选取8家设计机构（联合体）及2家备选机构（联合体）进入到方案设计阶段。

The Competition is open to all design firms worldwide. Design teams will be required to submit corresponding registration documents and design proposals pursuant to the Work Rules and the Design Brief. Eight design teams (consortia) and two alternative design teams (consortia) will be selected through a Selection Panel to participate in the subsequent concept design.

Note: The above timetable adopts Beijing time and is subject to adjustment by the Hosts.

优选奖（第1~3名）：含税人民币120万元/名

主办单位将结合专家评审意见从3个优选奖方案中确定优胜方案，授予方案设计及建筑专业初步设计合同（具体工作范围及内容以最终签订的设计合同为准），其获得的竞赛奖金将在设计合同费中扣除。

The Hosts will determine the winning design proposal from the top three finalists based on evaluation comments of the experts, and award the winner the contract for concept design and preliminary architectural design (specific work scope and contents subject to the final design contract), and the competition prize will be deducted from the design contract fee.
