还记得2024年“Hi,Wuhan”短视频全球征集大赛第一季的颁奖礼吗？不同国家、不同肤色的在汉国际友好人士和国际学生欢聚一堂，湖北省委外事工作委员会办公室主任章笑梅、时任法国驻汉总领事胡建谊、英国驻汉总领事麦多明、韩国驻汉总领事河成柱等为选手们隆重颁奖。比赛让“武汉友情”海外出圈，全球超400家媒体跟进，华人华侨留学生加入话题，遍及20多个国家的国际友人讲述“武汉印象”，覆盖全球3.7亿人群。
The first season of the“Hi,Wuhan”Global Video Competition concluded successfully in 2024.The event has expanded Wuhan’s international friends circle with the widespread participation from overseas Chinese,international students and friends from more than 20 countries who shared their impressions of Wuhan.Over 400 media outlets worldwide covered the event,bringing it to an audience of over 370 million people globally.
2025年，长江国际传播中心组织发起“Hi,Wuhan”短视频全球征集大赛（第二季），邀请大家拿起镜头，以“江与桥”为主题，继续讲述你们和武汉的情谊。
In 2025,Changjiang International Communication Center(CICC)will launch the“Hi,Wuhan”Global Video Competition(Season 2)themed on“Rivers and Bridges”.This year’s event invites global friends to share their stories about Wuhan through their lens by capturing the magnificent landscapes and rich cultural heritage of rivers and bridges,showcasing their unique historical culture,natural beauty,and spiritual essence,and highlighting their crucial role in fostering communication and connection with the world.

桥筑世界Bridges of Wuhan
长江与汉江，两条奔涌的动脉，将武汉分割成武昌、汉口、汉阳三镇。从1957年武汉长江大桥的第一根钢梁架起，到如今12座跨江大桥如巨龙腾跃，68年间，武汉以桥为笔，在天堑之上绘就纵横交错的城市路网。

Award Evaluation Rules and Awards
活动设组织奖，网络人气奖，及金、银、铜奖等，分别给予奖证、奖牌及奖金（奖品）。
There will be participation awards,organization awards,best popularity awards,and gold,silver,and bronze awards,with award certificates,trophies and prize money respectively.
初审后，符合要求的入选优秀短视频将通过长江国际传媒中心官微平台和海媒账号Wuhan Plus发布及展映。
After the preliminary examination,the selected outstanding short videos will be screened and promoted through the Changjiang International Communication Center’s official accounts and social media account of Wuhan Plus.
网络投票排名前30的作品获得网络人气奖。
The top 30 works in the online voting will receive the Best Popularity Awards.
专家评审团评选出金、银、铜奖，评审专家由大赛主办方以及相关领域资深人士、专家学者等共同组成。
A panel of experts will select the gold,silver and bronze awards.The judging experts are composed of the competition organizers,senior experts and scholars in related fields.

评审结果将通过官方平台发布，并举行颁奖仪式。
The review results will be released through the official platform,and the award ceremony will be held.
作品要求
Entry Requirements
1、内容要求：参赛作品保证内容积极健康，传播正能量，紧紧围绕大赛主题创作，形式不限（包括但不限于纪录片、剧情片、Vlog、动画、MV、才艺展示等）。作品需提供内容说明和创作者介绍（100字左右，中文或英文均可）。
1.Content:The entries must be created closely around the theme of the competition,full of uplifting spirit and energy.The forms include but are not limited to documentaries,drama,Vlog,animated short films,MV,and talent shows.An introduction to the content and creator(about 100 words in Chinese or English)to be included.
2、版权要求：参赛作品须为个人或团队创作的原创作品，版权明晰，画面、音乐、字体版权及肖像授权等无争议。抄袭、搬运作品不纳入评审范围。
2.Copyright:The entries must be original works created by individuals or teams,with clear copyright and no dispute over the copyright of pictures,music,font and portrait authorization.Copying and reduplicating works will not be accepted in the review scope.
3、时长要求：原则上，作品时长在1-5分钟以内为宜。
3.Length:In principle,the length of the work should be between 1 and 5 minutes.
4、格式要求：1080p及以上分辨率，MP4格式，16：9画幅，文件大小不超过200M，视频画面干净，不带角标、台标、水印或Logo等各类标识。参赛作品仅限中文和英文，对白、旁白、解说等须添加中文简体/英文双语字幕，声音、画质清晰流畅。
4.Format:The entries should have a resolution of 1080p or above,and be in mp4 16:9 format.The file should be a clean video within 200M,with no superscript,TV signs,watermarks or logos.Entries should be in Chinese and English only,with Chinese simplified/English bilingual subtitles for dialogues,narration and commentary.The sound and picture quality should be clear and smooth.

2025年，长江国际传播中心将通过组织专题讲座、故事赏析、经验交流、创作工坊、现场调研等活动帮助大家增加对“江与桥”的了解，提高视频创作能力。
In 2025,CICC will help enhance people’s understanding of the event"Rivers and Bridges"and improve their video creation ability by organizing special lectures,story appreciation,experience exchange,creative workshops,field research and other activities.

每位作者可以提交多件作品，但每件作品只能提交一次，请务必确认各项信息填写无误后，再选择提交。
Each author can submit multiple works,but each work can only be submitted once.Please make sure that the information is filled in before submission.
参赛须知
Notice for Participation
1、投稿人对作品内容的版权所有和真实性负责。如有著作权、商标权、名誉权及其他任何合法权益引起纠纷，投稿人应自行负责处理。投稿人无法有效澄清且处理的，活动主办方有权取消其参与资格。
1.Participants shall be responsible for the copyright ownership and authenticity of the content of the works,and guarantee that the submitted works have not participated in other selection competitions and other activities.If there is any dispute caused by the copyright,trademark rights,right of reputation or any other legitimate rights and interests,the participant shall be responsible for handling the dispute.If the participant fails to effectively clarify and deal with the disputes,the organizer has the right to cancel the participation qualification.
2、投稿人向本活动唯一主办方（长江国际传播中心CICC）投稿，即视为同意主办方无条件拥有投稿作品推介、展示、剪辑及其他形式的推广、宣传等权利。
2.Once the participant submits their work to the organizer of this event,the Changjiang International Communication Center(CICC),they are deemed to have agreed unconditionally that the organizer has the right to promote,display and edit the entry and is entitled to other forms of promotion and publicity of the submitted works.
3、获奖人员有义务配合完成活动相关宣传推广工作。
3.The winners are obliged to cooperate with the relevant publicity and promotional work of the activity.
4、个人所得税需由获奖者自理。
4.Winners take care of their individual income tax.
5、本次大赛最终解释权归长江国际传播中心所有。
5.The final interpretation right of this competition belongs to the Changjiang International Communication Center.
