“奥雅绽放数字艺术馆”是粤港澳大湾区的全新地标级公共艺术项目，位于深圳蛇口价值工厂，预计将于2022年5月正式对公众开放。
  未来，“奥雅绽放数字艺术馆”将汇聚各方跨界融合的思想与力量，期待与世界顶尖科学家、艺术家、工程师们共同打造中国首个元宇宙探索体验空间，充分利用日新月异的前沿技术为观众带去极致的感官体验。
  Bloom Digital Art Museum is a new landmark public art project in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,which is expected to officially open to the public in May 2022 with the theme of China's first Metaverse exploration and experience space.
  It will combine the creativity of scientists and artists for the cutting-edge technology and extreme sensory experience.

  作品要求
  Requirements
  1、参选作品属于数字艺术范畴，展示形式不限，作品原创且不存在著作权或版权争议。
  The works should belong to the category of digital art,and there is no limitation on the form of display without copyright dispute.
  2、参选作品需针对大筒仓（详见场地说明）进行针对性作品创作，保证原创性，注重创新性、艺术性、科技性、参与性、可行性、创作理念新颖、独特，与科技充分融合，能够融入大筒仓特殊的结构状态，内容表现积极向上。
  The works should be targeted at the silo(see site description for details),ensure originality,focus on innovation,artistry,science and technology,participation and feasibility,accompanying new and unique creative ideas,fully integrated with science and technology experts,which can be integrated into the special structure with positive content.
  3、参选作品需考虑作品的落地可行性，综合考虑时间、人、物、环境等多种因素，在技术安全和运行维护层面须满足长期展览及运营的要求。
  The works should consider feasibility,time,people,objects and environment,also meet the requirements of long-term exhibition and operation in terms of technical safety and operation maintenance.
  4、每位参选人/机构可提交不超过3件参选作品。
  Each candidate/organization can submit no more than 3 works.
  评选机制
  Selection Mechanism
  面向全球创作者公开征集作品方案，邀请行业知名学者、艺术家和策展人组成专业评审团，对应征创作者投稿的作品方案进行专业评选后形成入围候选名单，综合各方评审意见和结果从中选取最终选用的作品方案。
  We will invite well-known scholars,artists and curators to form a professional jury.After professional selection,we will form a shortlist of submitted works,from which we will make the final selection.

  1、荣誉证书：主办方将为入选作品颁发荣誉证书
  Certificate of honor:The organizer will issue the Certificate of Honor
  2、落地支持：公布入选结果后，主办方将与参选人/机构沟通落地事宜。若作品满足落地条件，主办方将以不低于50万美金作为作品落地展示费用，由参选人/机构负责作品的制作把控与落地效果。
  Landing support:After the announcement of the selected results,the organizer will communicate with the candidates/organizations.If the works meet the landing conditions,the organizer will pay no less than 500,000 dollars as the exhibition fee,then the candidates/organizations will be responsible for the production control and landing effect.
  3、宣传支持：主办方将对入选作品进行专门报道和媒体报道，并为优秀及特色作品提供展览宣传支持及商业化运作。
  Publicity and support:The organizer will provide special media coverage,along with publicity and commercial operation for excellent and characteristic works.

  数字作品创作理念说明。包括方案名称、创作理念、作品规格、技术呈现方式、造价估算（包括但不限于制作，运输，安装）等内容，格式为pdf
  Explanation on creation concept of digital works.Including the project name,creation concept,work specifications,technical presentation and cost estimation(including but not limited to production,transportation and installation)in PDF format
  图纸，包括说明图及作品效果图，统一格式为jpg，图片分辨率为3000PI，作者亦可制作3d动画视频短片及其他有助于说明艺术作品创作的材料，分辨率为1920*1080的MP4及MOV格式。
  Drawings,including illustrations and renderings in JPG format with a resolution of 3000PI.The author can also make 3D animated video clips and other materials that could illustrate the creation of artistic works,with a resolution of 1920*1080 MP4 and MOV formats.

  Matters Needing Attention
  1、参选人/机构严格遵守中华人民共和国法律法规，保证参选作品的原创性，保证对参选作品拥有排他性且完整的著作权。
  The candidates/institutions shall strictly abide by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China,guarantee the originality,exclusivity and complete copyright.
  2、参选作品未涉及任何诉讼，未侵犯他人任何合法权益，包括但不限于肖像权、姓名权、名称权、著作权、商标权等合法权益。
  The works are not involved in any litigation,and do not infringe upon any legitimate rights and interests of others,including but not limited to the right of portrait,right of name,copyright and trademark.
  3、参选作品不得含有违反《中华人民共和国宪法》及其他任何法律法规的内容,不得含有任何涉嫌民族歧视、宗教歧视以及其他有悖于社会道德风尚和良好风俗的内容。
  The works shall not violate<the Constitution of the People's Republic of China>or any other laws and regulations,also shall not be suspected of ethnic discrimination,religious discrimination or other violations of social morality and customs.
  4、落地作品所涉及的知识成果归主办方与参选人/机构双方共有，主办方对入选作品有展览展示、研究评价、摄影摄像、结集出版以及宣传推广的权利。所有应征方案均不退还，请自留底稿。
  The knowledge achievements involved in the landing works shall be shared by the organizer and the candidate/institution,also the organizer has the right to exhibit,research and evaluation,photography and video,publication and publicity.All proposals will not be returned,please keep your own manuscript.
  5、由于病毒、黑客攻击，以及其他人为干扰、突发事件或者一些主办方无法控制的因素，在严重影响到活动的管理、安全、评审、公正性等情況下，主办方有权单方面推迟或取消部分和全部活动。参选人/机构提交的参选作品在方案展示和公开展览过程中可能发生设计元素、图案、版式等自主知识产权被侵犯并对参与主体造成损失的，主办方不承担任何责任，仅配合、协助参选人/机构进行维权。
  The organizer has the right to unilaterally postpone or cancel part or all of the event due to virus,hacker attack,other human interference,emergency or force majeure factors that seriously affect the event management,security,evaluation and fairness.If the independent intellectual property rights of design elements,patterns and layouts may be infringed during the exhibition and public exhibition of the works submitted by the candidates/institutions,causing loss to the participants,the organizer shall not assume any responsibility,but only cooperate and assist the candidates/institutions in protecting their rights.
  6、评选结果将于2022年3月在“绽放数字艺术馆”微信公众号等平台公布，请确保提供正确的联系方式，便于工作人员联系入选参选人/机构。
  The results of the selection will be announced on the wechat official account of Blossom Digital Art Museum or by email in March 2022.Please ensure that correct contact information is provided so that staff can contact the selected candidates/institutions.
  7、凡报送作品参选的参选人/机构，均视为己确认井遵守本征集方案的各项规定及要求，并对其作品承担所有责任。若参与者违反上述条款，则主办方有权立即取消参选人/机构参选资格，收回已经给予参选人/机构的奖项和权益，由此引发的任何法律诉讼、法律责任和财产损失均与主办方无关，由参选人/机构承担。
  All candidates/organizations who submit their works shall be deemed to have confirmed that they have complied with the regulations and requirements of the scheme and shall assume all responsibilities for their works.If the participant violates the above terms,the organizer has the right to immediately cancel the candidate/organization's qualification and withdraw the given awards and rights and interests.Any the relevant legal proceedings,legal liabilities and property losses have nothing to do with the organizer and should be borne by the candidate/organization.
  8、主办方对本次征集活动具有最终解释权。

  筒仓场地说明
  About the Venue
  项目选址位于深圳市南山区南部，南邻蛇口港码头，北邻赤湾山，位处粤港澳大湾区核心地区，距离在建中的深圳第一条跨海地铁12号线左炮台站仅200米。
  筒仓侧面外观
  项目所在地为蛇口价值工厂，它是一处工业遗址——原广东浮法玻璃厂，该厂为中、美、泰三国的合资项目，1987年投资一亿美元建成，是当时国内最大的现代化浮法玻璃厂。
  The project is located in the southern part of Nanshan District,Shenzhen,adjacent to Shekou Port Wharf in the south,ChiWan Mountain in the north,located in the core area of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and away from the Shenzhen’s first cross-sea Metro Line 12"ZuoPaoTai"Station under construction Only 200 meters.Located in Shenzhen Shekou Value Factory,Nanshan,Shenzhen,It is an industrial site-the original Guangdong Float Glass Factory.The factory is a joint venture project between China,the United States and Thailand.It was built in 1987 with an investment of 100 million U.S.dollars.It was the largest modern float glass factory in China at that time.

  绽放数字艺术馆的建筑物前身是玻璃厂的原料筒仓。该筒仓位于厂区中心，是整个厂区的制高点和标志建筑，平面东西向长77.9米，中间是4个直径14米的钢筋混凝土筒状结构，东侧的长方体建筑曾用于垂直运输原料。
  The predecessor of the building of Blooming Digital Art Museum was the raw material silo of the glass factory.Located in the center of the plant,the silo is the commanding height and landmark building of the entire plant.The silo is 77.9 meters long from east to west,with four reinforced concrete cylindrical structures with a diameter of 14 meters in the middle.The rectangular building on the east side was used to transport raw materials vertically.
  旋转楼梯筒仓
  建筑物立面从下到上则分为三个部分：底层是高约6米的出料层，中间是高30米的筒仓存储层，最顶上则是高3.6米的入料层。筒仓建筑总面积2468.21㎡，户外广场面积3991㎡。
  The building facade is divided into three parts from bottom to top:the bottom layer is an output layer about 6 meters high,the middle is a 30 meters high silo storage layer,and the top is a 3.6 meters high input layer.The total building area of the silo is 2468.21 square meters,and the area of the outdoor plaza is 3991 square meters.
