二、展览主旨
Exhibition Theme
为推动《全民科学素质行动计划纲要》的实施，加强科学与艺术的融合，助力全球科技创新高地的建设，用漫画形式描绘和展示科技发展新成就，普及科学新理念和新知识，推进科技与文化的创新发展，激励更多中外漫画爱好者和专业人士参与科普创作和科普活动，特组织“2025年上海国际科学漫画展”。
本届大展主题为“我的家园我的爱”，希望通过科学漫画的创作，将漫画与科技成就、科学生活、自然生态保护、未来智能生活等相结合，用生动和幽默的思维及形式描绘身边的科学；用辛辣的笔墨鞭挞违背科学、破坏自然的言行；用硬核的科普理念和手段提升民众科学与文化素养；用“海阔天空”的漫画创意和“天马行空”的画面表达来呈现科普新动力和新价值。
To promote the implementation of the National Scientific Literacy Action Plan Outline,strengthen the integration of science and art,assist in building a global highland for scientific and technological innovation,depict and showcase new achievements in technological development through comics,popularize new scientific concepts and knowledge,advance the innovative development of science,technology and culture,and inspire more Chinese and foreign comic enthusiasts and professionals to participate in science popularization creation and activities,the"2025 Shanghai International Science Comic Exhibition"is specially organized.
The theme of this grand exhibition is"My Home,My Love".It aims to integrate comics with scientific and technological achievements,scientific life,natural ecological protection,future smart living,etc.through scientific comic creation,and depict the science around us with vivid and humorous thinking and forms.It will use sharp brushstrokes to lash out at words and deeds that violate science and damage nature,enhance the scientific and cultural literacy of the public with hard-core science popularization concepts and methods,and present new momentum and value of science popularization through"boundless"comic creativity and"unconventional"visual expressions.

征集时间/
Collection Time
本次展览于5月27日正式开始征集作品，8月27日截稿。9月下旬公布获奖者和入选者名单，举办颁奖活动。
The exhibition officially begins soliciting works on May 27,with the submission deadline set for August 27.The list of award winners and selected participants will be announced in late September,followed by an award ceremony.

本次展览面向全球的漫画家和漫画爱好者公开征集。
This exhibition is open for submissions from cartoonists and comic enthusiasts worldwide.

征集细则/
Solicitation Guidelines
应征作品的内容为反映科学生活、科学成就、科学发展、科学未来等，以及反对迷信、破坏自然等。
（1）作品要求：
参赛作品形式不限，单幅或多格、彩色或黑白均可。大赛采取网络投稿方式，投稿作者需提供作品电子文件格式为JPG，图片不小于5MB，不大于10MB，分辨率不低于300dpi。一人仅限投稿2件（含合作），多投者不予受理。
投稿作者需将作品电子图片发至组委会收件邮箱：389110461@qq.com（收件邮箱即日起开通）
电子图片命名为“姓名（省市）+作品名”。邮件内注明：姓名（以身份证为准）、作品名、作品尺寸（高×宽cm）、联系地址、邮编、联系电话、身份证号和电子邮箱，邮件名称为“2025年上海国际科学漫画展投稿”。投稿作品应为原创。
截稿时间：2025年8月27日止，以电子邮件收件时间为准。
（2）奖项设置：
国内
一等奖1名，奖励3000元，获得入选作品证书和作品集1册；
二等奖4名，奖励1500元，获得入选作品证书和作品集1册；
三等奖12名，奖励500元，获得入选作品证书和作品集1册；
优秀奖50名，获得入选作品证书和作品集1册；
入选作者获得入选作品证书。
国际
入选作者将获得电子版入选作品证书和电子版作品集。
（3）展览权益：
展览获奖作品将编辑出版《2025年上海国际科学漫画展优秀作品集》。组委会在出版作品集、举办展览和巡展等公益宣传活动中使用本次展览的获奖作品及入选作品，不另行支付稿酬。
Call for Entries:
Works should reflect scientific life,achievements,development,future visions,and oppose superstition and nature destruction.
(1)Submission Requirements:
Format:Open to all forms(single-panel,multi-panel,color,or black-and-white).
Digital Submission:
File format:JPG.
File size:5MB–10MB.
Resolution:≥300dpi.
Limit:
Each participant may submit up to 2 works(including collaborations).Excess entries will be rejected.
Submission Method:
Email electronic images to:389110461 qq.com(now open).
File name:
Name(City/Province)+Work Title.
Email content must include:
Full name(as per ID card),work title,dimensions(H×W cm),contact address,ZIP code,phone number,ID number,and email.
Email subject:
"2025 Shanghai International Science Comic Exhibition Submission".
Originality:Works must be original.
Deadline:August 27,2025(based on email receipt time).
(2)Awards:
International Entries:
Selected artists will receive digital certificates and digital collections.
(3)Exhibition Rights:
Winning and selected works will be compiled into"2025 Shanghai International Science Comic Exhibition Collection of Excellence".
The Organizing Committee may use submitted works for public welfare activities(e.g.,publications,exhibitions,tours)without additional remuneration.

展览后续/
Exhibition
获奖作品及部分入选作品将以多种形式在长三角地区主要社区、学校、乡镇和商圈进行展示。并邀请部分漫画和科普专家与科普和漫画爱好者见面和互动。
Award-winning works and some selected works will be displayed in various forms in major communities,schools,townships,and commercial districts in the Yangtze River Delta region.Meanwhile,some comic and science popularization experts will be invited to meet and interact with science popularization and comic enthusiasts.
