征集内容（Content）

中国国际消费品博览会吉祥物设计方案。

Mascot for China International Consumer Products Expo.

征集截止时间（Deadline）

即日起至2020年11月30日17:00（以电子邮件收件时间为准，过期视为无效作品）。

From today until 17:00, November 30, 2020 (Time to receive your email counts).

征集对象(Target group)

设计行业从业者或设计爱好者均可参加，组织或个人名义不限。

Design professionals or enthusiasts, organizations or individuals.

作品内容要求（Requirments on design work）

（一）内涵性：作品应彰显中国进一步扩大对外开放、加快推进海南自贸港建设进程，符合海南建设国际旅游消费中心战略定位，反映消博会专业化、市场化、国际化、信息化，聚焦新、特、优消费精品等特色。

In terms of connotation: The work should highlight China’s further opening up and Hainan’s acceleration of building the Hainan Free Trade Port, align Hainan’s strategic positioning of building an international tourism consumption destination , reflect the professionalization, marketization, internationalization and informatization of the Expo and focus on the features of new, special and excellent products.

（二）统一性：统一形象、文字、色彩，色调庄重大方，要既适合于单色，也适合于彩色印刷。

Uniformity: to unify the image, text, color, and solemn tone, which should be suitable for both monochrome and color printing.

作品格式（Format）

（一）作品应采用彩色图形设计。提交方案需包括完整规范的源图片，而非单一的一个图标或标志。设计源文件应考虑在各种载体和环境中制作运用，能以不同的比例尺寸清晰显示。

The work should be in full color, and shall include a full specification of the source image, not a single icon or logo. Production and application in various media and environments should be considered, and the image must be able to be displayed in different scales and sizes.

（二）需提交电子版作品两套，第一套为TIFF格式或JPGE格式，作品设计精度应在300dpi以上。第二套为AI格式、EPS格式或PSD格式。

Two sets of digital versions are required. The first set is in TIFF format or JPEG format with a resolution should be above 300dpi. The second set is in AI, EPS or PSD format.

评选办法(Selection )

评选时间为2020年12月1日至2020年12月10日，由海南国际经济发展局邀请相关领域的专家组成评选委员会，对所有投稿作品进行评选。

The designs will be selected from December 1st, 2020 to December 10th, 2020. The Hainan Provincial Bureau of International Economic Development will invite experts in related fields to form a selection committee.

奖励方式(Rewards)

最终入选作品的设计者将获得中国国际消费品博览会组委会颁发的荣誉证书，设计作品将在主流媒体和消博会相关宣传载体上同步刊登。

The designers of the final selected designs will receive a certificate of honor issued by the Organizing Committee of the China International Consumer Products Expo with the designs published in mainstream media and other relevant medias.

提交方式(Submittion )

应征者应在提交作品时一并提供以下资料和文件（除签名外，手写无效）。

Please provide the following documents and files as well when you submit the design (handwritten signatures are invalid)

（一）请将设计成果和原创作品承诺书（附件2）、应征信息表（附件3）以电子邮件形式投稿至：hainanexpo@investhainan.cn, 以“中国国际消费品博览会吉祥物设计-姓名(机构)-联系电话”为标题。参选作品一经发出，即视为参选者已全部知晓并完全接受本征集规则。

(1) Please submit the design work and original work commitment (2) application information form (3) to: hainanexpo@investhainan.cn, with the title of "China International Consumer Products Expo: Mascot Design-Name (Organization) )-Tel". Once submitted, it is deemed that the candidates have full knowledge of and have accepted the rules.

（二）每位参选者可提交多份创意方案及作品。一件参选作品应提交一份《原创作品承诺书》和一份《应征信息表》，由创作者正确填写并亲笔签署（参选者为机构的，须由授权代表盖机构公章）。创作者不止一人的，所有创作者必须共同签署。

Each candidate can submit multiple creative proposals and designs. Each and every of them requires an original work commitment and an application information form, which should be correctly filled out and signed by the designer (or stamped with the official seal of your institution/organization). If there is more than one designer, all their signatures are required.

（三）提交设计作品时请附上作品名称，创作理念、吉祥物故事等（200字左右）。

When submitting the design work, please add the name of the work, idea, story of the mascot, etc. (about 200 words)
