  壹CONTEST INTRO
  “红色纹样”是WZD2021纹藏国际纹样设计大赛的主题。纹藏国际纹样设计大赛迄今为第二届大赛，首届WZD以“纹明”为主题，共收到了近二十个国家的参赛者投送的2173件作品，在国际评委团激烈地评审中角逐出金银铜全场大奖，佳作辈出。赛事和作品受到国内外社会和媒体的广泛关注，取得了不菲的社会影响力，做到了让中国纹样“潮”起来和“走”出去。WZD2021（第二届）纹藏国际纹样设计大赛将继续秉承“纹化自信”的理念，以“红色纹样”为题，将中国精神、中国文化与中国生活方式、中国设计融合一起，做具有历史传承和时代精神的纹样传播者。
  [CHINA RED]is the theme of WZD2021 World Pattern Design Competition.The first WZD has received 2173 pieces of works from competitors from nearly 20 countries,and has won the gold,silver and copper awards among the five countries.
  The event and works were widely concerned by the society and media in china and abroad.Another,the competition has achieved great social influence,making Chinese patterns"trendy"and"go out".
  WZD2021 World Pattern Design Competition will continue to uphold the concept of"self-confidence in patterns".
  Integrate Chinese spirit,Chinese culture,Chinese lifestyle and Chinese design,and become a pattern disseminator with historical inheritance and spirit of the times.

  凡年龄在18周岁以上的设计师、设计机构、高等院校设计专业师生以及有相关设计实践的人士均可投稿参评。征稿范围：全球。
  It is mainly aimed at designers,design institutions,teachers and students of design major in Colleges and universities,as well as people with relevant design practice.

  以红色纹样为主题的文创应用，包括但不限于：文创产品、电子产品、礼品、手工艺品、织物、环境装饰等
  注：以上类别有交集的作品，可任选其一归类。
  Group A：Pattern Design
  Based on the Pattern design and its application.
  Group B:Pattern Design+Creative Product
  The design and application of the works are based on the theam“CHINA RED”,including but not limited to:Cultural and creative products,electronic products,gifts,handicrafts,etc.
  伍SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
  1、原创、合法
  投稿作品须为作者原创，并为独立著作权，不得侵犯第三方著作权、商标等相关权利。作品必须积极向上，不得诋毁他人、诋毁社会、诋毁国家，符合包括《国旗法》在内的中华人民共和国法律规定。参赛者作品如有上诉情况，自行承担法律责任，并赔偿赛事相关损失。
  2、提交电子稿
  投稿作品一律提交电子稿件，尺寸：A4，jpg格式，分辨率：200；超过2mb。
  （备注：自行保留高精文件，入选后需提交。文件规格为：PDF，CMYK色彩模式。文件尽可能为矢量，且优化矢量图形，若有内置图片精度不低于300dpi。PDF的尺寸为70X100cm幅面。）
  请在下载区下载作品模版。
  3、提交作品登记表
  每位作者需以Word文档的形式，填写并提交投稿登记表一份。请在下载区下载参赛表格。
  4、提交承诺与授权书
  每位作品需签名作品承诺与授权书，机构作品请加盖公章，并以jpg的高清扫描件形式提交。请在下载区下载承诺授权书，分为个人版和机构版。
  5.投稿方式
  通过电子邮件，按上述要求，将投稿作品和投稿登记表、作品承诺与授权书等压缩包一次性发送到组委会电子邮箱：wenzangaward2021 163.com（中国大陆）；wenzangaward2021 gmail.com（国际）
  6、命名
  投稿作品的邮件、压缩包，以及内含的都有文件的命名皆为：姓名+所在单位+作品类别+作品题目。如：“牛纹藏_上海_文创_红船精神”；
  （注：作品文件、登记表文件、压缩包文件全部使用标准文件命名方式，否则文件丢失，责任自负。）
  作品JPG以及相关表格一起压缩储存为*.rar或*.zip格式发送至邮箱。
  7、数量
  每位作者投稿作品不能超过3个系列（或3个独立单件），系列作品不超过10幅/组。建议与鼓励投稿有系列性和完整性的作品。
  参赛人数不得超过10人
  1.Original&Legal
  Contributions must be original and independent.The work shall not infringe upon the copyright or other relevant rights of others.No other awards have been submitted and won,no bids have been submitted and won,and they have not been used in commercial projects or commissioned designs.Works must comply with Chinese laws.
  2.Works in electronic form
  The submitted works are submitted in electronic form.The document specification is:PDF,CMYK color mode.The built-in picture accuracy is not less than 300dpi.The size of PDF is 70X100cm format.Please download the work template in the download area.
  3.Introduction to works
  Each author shall fill in and submit a submission registration form in the form of a word document.Please download the entry form in the download area.
  4.Way of submission
  According to the above requirements,the submitted works and the submission registration form,the work commitment and the letter of authorization shall be sent to the email of the Organizing Committee in the form of compressed package.

  柒AWARD
  1.奖项设置：
  （1）全场大奖（金、银、铜奖）；
  （2）纹样设计组别、文创设计组别各设立特别奖；
  （3）作品入围奖；
  （4）最佳人气奖25名；
  （5）优秀指导教师奖（凡组织15人以上的院校机构或指导教师具备评奖资格）。
  2.奖项荣誉：
  本届大奖的获奖作者将择优推荐在纹藏及各大专业媒体做专题访谈或专题报道，最大限度宣传展示其设计成就。所有金银铜大奖作品将入编“纹藏艺术纹样库”，并颁发《入库资格证书》。参赛视为同意本条款，条款细则请浏览“作品承诺与授权书”。
  特别奖颁发纸质证书及文创纪念品；优秀作品奖颁发电子版证书。
  1.Award setting
  1)Grand Prize(gold,silver,bronze);
  2)Special awards are set up for pattern group,clothing and textile group,cultural and creative group,plane group and environmental art group;
  3)Works shortlisted;
  4)25 best popularity awards;
  5)Excellent instructor Award(institutions or instructors with more than 15 members have the qualification to award).
  2.The winners of this award will recommend special interviews or special reports in print collection and major professional media to maximize their design achievements.
  3.All gold,silver and copper prize works will be included in the"art pattern library of pattern collection"and issued with"warehousing qualification certificate".
  4.Paper certificates and cultural and creative souvenirs will be awarded for special awards,and electronic certificates will be awarded for outstanding works.
  捌JURY
  赛事通过初审和终审两个环节评选奖项。评审团为国内图案设计、艺术设计以及纹样领域专家、教授组成。评审团名单将于下期专题性推出，敬请期待。
  The competition selects awards through two links:first and final.The jury is composed of experts and professors in the field of pattern design,art design and pattern design in China.The jury list will be launched in the next issue.
  玖DEADLINE
  大赛从即日开始。投稿参赛的作品至2021年4月28日截稿，以组委会收到稿件的时间为准。
  2021年6月-10月，在纹藏中国及各大专业媒体公布获奖名单，同期颁发相关证书与礼品。
  Submission works
  The deadline is set for 2021.4.28,during the time the final review will take place.
  NOTE:From JUNE to August 2021,the list of awards will be announced,and relevant certificates,bonuses and gifts will be issued in the same period.
