  Faced with the sudden outbreak of novel coronavirus,we believe that unity is strength,so all the Chinese people should be united as one to fight and win the epidemic.By doing this we can only not just overcome the epidemic but also lower the risk of this coronavirus spreading to the entire world.
  无数医务工作者们挺身而出，战斗在抗击疫情的第一线，与病毒做着一场殊死搏斗，我们大多数人要么只能做好本职工作，甚至好好的守在家里，也是一种战斗和努力。为了表达对白衣天使和其他一线战士的崇高敬意，为了显示我们战胜疫情的决心和乐观精神，为了也让我们的生活更多丰富多彩，更是为了让一次性口罩不再因为随意被人抛弃，不让病毒病菌肆意传播和被捡拾再次使用，我们现向全球征集口罩贴纸创意设计！
  Countless medical works put themselves forward to the front line in fighting this epidemic.While the other ordinary people using other ways to cooperate by doing their own job or stay at home to avoid the coronavirus.We could like to collect the creative design for mask sticker with the purpose of showing our respect to our medical workers and optimistic spirit in winning this battle.In order to make our life more colorful,Moreover we are doing this to ensure those masks will not be thrown away willy-nilly,and won't be picked up for reuse which can lead to wildly coronavirous spreading.

  作品要求及评选原则
  Entries requested
  ◆1、内容积极健康向上，遵守国家法律法规，尊重民族宗教信仰，不得出现违背社会公共道德、色情、暴力、侵犯他人隐私及其他违反国家法律法规或不宜公开传播的内容；
  ◆2、不限材料和形式。纸质手绘、剪贴画、电脑绘图设计等均可，甚至可以使用其他混合材料拼搭等进行创作，尺寸不限，但不能影响口罩的正常使用特别是透气功能，欢迎发挥你们的创意；
  ◆3、鼓励原创。本次活动组委会只负责考察作品本身的质量，作品内容所涉及的版权等知识产权问题由参赛者本人承担相应责任；凡涉嫌抄袭或涉及知识产权问题的作品，将自动失去参赛资格并追究其给组织方带来的损失；
  ◆4、一旦传送作品参赛，即视为同意主办方的评选安排和对该参赛作品的全部使用权。
  1、Contents shall be positive and healthy.abide by national laws and regulations,respect ethnic and religious beliefs,and shall not violate social public morality,pornography,violence,privacy of others,or other contents that violate national laws and regulations or are not suitable for public dissemination.
  2、No limitations for materials or format.Color pen,watercolor,toner,pigment,ink and color mixed materials are acceptable.No limitation for size with the precondition that shall not affect the basic function of mask.
  3、We encourage original design.The designer shall be responsible for the copy right or intellectual property problem which may be involved in the design.The entry qualification shall be disqualified if there’s copy right violation or intellectual property issue involved,and prosecuted for losses caused to the organization.
  4、The organization shall be authorized to evaluate and the right of using the works once submitted.
  备注：
  1、因目前口罩短缺，从个人卫生及抗击疫情需要考虑，请不要采用防疫用的口罩（包括已使用、未使用）制作。谢谢！
  2、手绘建议纸张不小于A4纸。
  Remarks
  1,Because now we are lack of mask,as well as personal hygiene and epidemic situation consideration,please don’t use epidemic prevention mask(including used or un-used ones)for design,
  2,Hand-draw diagrams shall be bigger than A4 size.

  作品收集完毕后，“口罩贴纸创意设计大赛”组委会将对作品初步筛选，并提交评委评选出前10名，最终获奖名单将会在公众号“斗门智造”公布，获奖作品也会在各大合作机构公众号上得到宣传，具体解释权归“口罩贴纸创意设计大赛”组委会所有。
  We will have 10 top works via online voting and expects evaluation.The winner list will be announced on“Doumen Zhizao“official account.Those award-wining works will also be published in the official account of cooperating agency.

  For the top three awarded works will be awardee with 100,70,30 pcs of disposable surgical masks respectively,plus 500,300 and 100 masks stickers respectively.
  For the 4th to 6th winners,will be awarded with 10 disposable surgical masks and 100 masks stickers
  For the 7th to 10th winners,will be awarded with 100 pcs of mask stickers designed by original designer.
  选取前十名获奖作品，制作3000张口罩贴纸，赠送给战斗在斗门区、珠海市及湖北地区的广东医疗队的白衣战士。
  Top 10 winning works will be made into mask stickers and give to the Guangdong medical works who’s fighting the coronavirus in Doumen District.
