With the advancement of industrialization,cities have become typical representatives of the first batch of reform and development.Thoroughly renovated and built high-rise buildings one after another.Behind the seemingly prosperous scenes,there is a disconnect between people and cities,as well as emotional connections and sustenance between people.
都市繁华与车水马龙的喧嚣是无数人的向往，却又成为无数人回不去的“牢”。大量寻求发展的人涌入城市导致劳动力密集，工作竞争压力加剧，人人生活于多重压力下，焦虑成为城市大部分人的现状。还有人在长期压抑的情感状态，最终导致很多精神亚健康与不健康的状态，同样也对城市带来更多隐患。
The bustling city and the hustle and bustle of traffic are the aspirations of countless people,but they have become the"prison"that countless people cannot go back to.The influx of a large number of people seeking development into cities has led to labor intensity,intensified job competition pressure,and people living under multiple pressures.Anxiety has become the current situation for most people in the city.Some people's long-term suppressed emotional state ultimately leads to many mental sub healthy and unhealthy states,which also brings more hidden dangers to the city.
城市的发展是人类文明的缩影，城市如何发展？成为链接人类情感，焕活每个人的生命力来共筑城市的文明与发展，这才是促进城市健康更新的一个关键因素。
The development of cities is a microcosm of human civilization.How can cities develop?Becoming a link between human emotions and revitalizing everyone's vitality to jointly build the civilization and development of the city is a key factor in promoting healthy urban renewal.
因此，国际艺术育疗发展学会推出“城市之光——国际艺术育疗节”，诚挚邀请艺术家、多元艺术表达者、艺术育疗师、设计师等共同来为城市注光。学会将甄选优质的艺术育疗性质的作品、产品和项目，用艺术搭建一座人与城市、人与人共同的爱的桥梁，真正成为城市文明的建立者，同时也成为城市的真正享有者。
Therefore,International Art Education&Therapy Development Academic Association has launched the"Light of Urban-International Art Education&Therapy Festival",sincerely inviting artists,diverse art expressionists,art therapists,designers,and others to work together to bring light to the city.Our association will select high-quality artistic and therapeutic works,products,and projects,and use art to build a bridge of love between people and the city,as well as between people,truly becoming the builders of urban civilization and the true beneficiaries of the city.
“城市之光——国际艺术育疗节”是一个综合性的城市发展的艺术育疗节，借用多元艺术来为城市注魂、注光，焕活城市的活力与动力。“城市之光——国际艺术育疗节”将走进城市公共空间、商业空间，以治愈系音乐节、艺术展、艺术育疗市集、艺术育疗工作坊等多元形式增加人与城市的沟通与互动，促进人与人之间的理解与互动，提升人的自我认知，激活个体内在的动力。
"Light of Urban-International Art Education&Therapy Festival"is a comprehensive art therapy festival for urban development,which uses diverse art to inject soul and light into the city,revitalizing its vitality and power.The"Light of Urban-International Art Education&Therapy Festival"will enter urban public spaces and commercial spaces,using various forms such as healing music festivals,art exhibitions,art therapy markets,and art therapy workshops to increase communication and interaction between people and cities,promote understanding and interaction between people,enhance self-awareness,and activate internal motivation.

“城市之光——国际艺术育疗节（南京站）”将于2024年3月30-31日在南京美糖广场作为首场国际艺术育疗节正式开启。该活动由国际艺术育疗发展学会主办，国际艺术育疗发展学会(江苏分会)、心喜俗尘（北京）文化创意产业发展有限公司协办，南京孚汐文化创意产业发展有限公司承办。
"Light of Urban-International Art Education&Therapy Festival"(Nanjing Station)"will officially start as the first international art Education&therapy festival from March 30 to 31,2024,at the Meitang Square in Nanjing.This event is hosted by the International Society for the Development of Art and Therapy,co organized by the Jiangsu Branch of the International Society for the Development of Art and Therapy,and organized by Hearty Souls(Beijing)Culture Creative Industry Development Co.,ltd,and hosted by Nanjing Fuxi Cultural and Creative Industry Development Co.,Ltd.
“城市之光——国际艺术育疗节（北京/南京）”多城联动计划于2024年9月份-10月份期间推出，我们也邀请更多的城市合伙人加入，共同联动，为城市注光、注爱。

Music is medicine,and since ancient times it has been a good medicine for soothing the heart and regulating human emotions.Therefore,we will select high-quality musicians,music teams,dancers and dance creation teams,drama performers and creators to jointly create an international art therapy music festival,connecting cities and people with music,and bringing glory to the city.
